About Me

The main force behind this practice is Molly’s own experience with Crohn's Disease. Diagnosed at age 14, she spent a lifetime seeking alternatives to multiple courses of steroids (using the phone book!) and wishing that her practitioners had the time to really address the whole picture.

Molly | Nutrition for People Owner

15 years as a professional chef

Molly spent over 15 years as a professional chef and returned to school in her thirties to obtain her master’s degree and become board certified as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has worked as an RD in clinical and outpatient settings; her favorite and most tenured of which was the inpatient oncology unit.

Molly has since completed the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy certification course, expanding on her allopathic knowledge to include root cause analysis and provide effective, personalized care using the whole systems approach to restore your gut health, rebalance the mind, and strengthen the body.

Currently Molly is pursuing her Doctorate (DCN) at the Maryland University of Integrative Health, combining her passion for cutting edge research, nutrition, and functional medicine.
